We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards through the PayPal shopping cart system.

If your order has a different billing name and address than the shipping name and address, your order will not be processed until we receive permission from the cardholder.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING

All international orders may need additional credit card verification. This may take several business days.

Orders to other nations may be subject to import duties and custom fees. You must agree to pay all local and regional duties, import fees and all taxes on your order. In the event you refuse to pay these charges at time of import, you agreee to allow Transmission Bench to charge your credit card accordingly.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Shipping charges are added to all orders. Domestic shipments require a signature upon arrival.

UPS will not deliver to a post office box address.

We do not ship C.O.D.

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Product exchanges will be given for damaged or defective parts. Exchanges must be made within 7 business days of order receipt.
